The Waiting, The Waiting...

I finally have the pug I've always wanted!!!!!

Shame it's cardboard!

This was the supposedly 'genius' gift from my parents/sister from Liberty's and I must admit I do actually love it, in a weird way.

His name is Artorius Castus aka Wort and I love that he has a leopard collar with a gold tag, just like the real thing would! 

The only downside is I can't cuddle it.

Oh well it's the waiting game again.

So glad the weekend and bank holiday monday is over!!!

After 3 gruelling days of work (and lack of sleep), I'm ready for a day full of tv.

Today after work I met  my mum and sister for a tiny bit of retail therapy (unintentional); and after a little 'persuasion' I convinced my mum to buy me the new love of my life this leopard print snood!!

I'M IN LOVE!!!

I finally have a leopard print snood to accompany my 4 leopard print scarves!!

(Just a tad bit obsessed)

Clutch Bags - River Island

I was at work today and I realised how rubbish the handbags looked this season!!

So I immediately thought of River Island and of course my AMAZING clutch bags.

 

Picture 1 - Is probably my favourite one but I have yet to use it!

I don't usually go for pink but I love the gold butterfly wings on the front, makes it look extra pretty.

Plus as it was a present from my Mum I love it even more.

 

Picture 2 - Is my second favourite!

Black and gold are 2 of my favourite colours so when combined in a clutch bag it's just pure genius.

Plus it was another present from my mum so again HAPPY!!!

Picture 3 - Is my old faithful (even though I haven't had it for long).

I've used it a few times and even lent it to my friend Jaime on a night out.

Although again I don't usually go for pink (especially that bright); but for £12 in the sale it's a bargain!

  I saw the Inbetweeners Movie today and O M G it was hilarious!!! 

I officially love Will (Simon Bird) even more now.

I went in to New Look today with the intention of buying this body-con skirt, I tried it on a few weeks ago and decided against it but I can't live without it anymore!!

I think I spent about 40 minutes in Waterstones deciding which books I wanted on 3 for 2 (which is a very hard decision); I'm happy that the classics were apart of it as I've been wanting to get The Diary of a Nobody by George and Weedon Grossmith since I saw it on My Life in Books that used to be on BBC 2.

Today I went shopping for party essentials (we now have a billion plates) but I couldn't help but buy a few things. 

I finally have the crackle Barry M collection!!!

This bag is a mock Mulberry Bayswater bag but I still love it!! The black is going to go with everything and now I can stop stealing my mum's brown one.

My favourite ones at the moment are the Barry M crackle ones for which I have pink, blue and black! Just need the white to complete my collection.

My absolute favourite would probably have to be my Nails Inc red because I wear that all the time, red nail polish is always a classic.

I love this top! 

I think out of everything I own (and there's alot) this is the piece I wear the most.

It's mainly worn  on days when I feel Parisian and team it up with jeggings and a sequinned beanie.

LOVE!!!!

This is the dress I'm going to wear for my mum and dad's wedding anniversary party!!!

At the bargain price of £12 this is literally my dream dress!!

It's more purple then it looks here but it's gonna look amazing with a blazer and black heels for night, or leather jacket and flats for the day.

I feel jerseylicious!!!

I'm taking it back tomorrow but I love the way the skirt falls at the back; plus it's red which is even better!!!

The top is leopard . That sums it up!!! (love a bit of leopard)

Let's hope I find a pretty sparkly dress!!!

I love Versace's A/W '11 dresses!!

I think picture number 4 (the silver beaded dress) has to be my favourite.

I love how classic these dresses are; but yet they have the extra bit of glamour with the feathering leading down to the hem of the dresses.

The classic dresses have a touch of sexy with the slits on the first 3 dresses and the halterneck on the 4th.

These dresses are amazing!!!

I love the redness of my hair, the flower in my hair and the denim jacket gives this outfit a 1950's twist.

But if you take off the jacket it's the perfect disco outfit!!

Alexa Chung

Dip dye is my new obsession!!!

I think usually it works with long hair only but Alexa Chung completely rocks it. 

My hair (as you can see from previous pictures) changes so many times a year that now I get fed up after only 2 weeks (give or take); but now I have decided to dip dye my hair!!

My hair is currently a reddish brown colour so I've bought a light brown/gingery colour to balance it out.

Just need to figure out when to do it!

I'm in a bit of a dilemma at the moment, I can't seem to decide which bag I want to get (not that I need either of them).

I like the simplicity of the Marc B Bag but I like the uniqueness of the Paul's Boutique one!!

Now you can see my dilemma!!

I think the only way to decide is to ponder all month until my wages run out and then decide I can't afford to.

2 Stars Are Brighter Than 1...

I am in love with Dolce & Gabbana's A/W '11 collection!

 

I have to admit that picture number 2 (the sequin star dress) is the piece that needs to be in my wardrobe.

 The idea that you can wear a sequinned skirt or an embellished skirt with a starry shirt, add a little pair of socks and either flats or heels and you have the perfect day or night outfit.

This collection is so versatile!!!

 All I need to do now is dream!!

 This top is an all rounder!!!

This is a very muted tone to what I usually wear at the moment, but that's why I love it.

It's perfect to just chuck on when you're in a rush and even for the beach!

WishWishWish

AMAZING!!!

Carrie Harwood has an old fashioned fashion sense, very vintage inspired and I love it! WishWishWish is pretty much a wish list of everything I want to own, it's also changing my own personal style to channel more of a classic look. Carrie keeps her style classical and neutral with the odd pop of colour and pattern. The photos look as if they're straight from an old book.

I definitely recommend this blog for inspiration of classic and timeless style.

OMG!

I've only recently discovered this blog (thanks to the LOOK magazine) and it's amazing! LLYMLRS is a lookbook of inspiration for outfits but also what you can mix and match and even how to accessorise them. Lily Melrose has such a quirky dress sense but it's still classic. I definitley think that this blog is one of my new favourites!

Sara has a unique sense of style and  it varies, I love it!

SaraLuxe is a blog that combines reality with fashion, not only do you get a look at her life but also how her wardrobe funtions along with it.
