I'll Be Alright, Just Not Tonight...

Dress - Primark
 Boots - New Look
Wow I'm tired!!
This is the outift I wore tonight for a meal for my Nan's 87th birthday tomorrow!
These are my new boots that I got today from New Look at London Victoria Station today.
They were originally £29.99 but had £10 off so they were at the bargain price of £19.99!!!
They're actually quite comfy (apart from the balls of your feet after a few hours); I definitley will be wearing these with my chunky knits in the winter.

For All We Know, We Might Not Get Tomorrow...

Warehouse
TA DA!!!!!
This is my absolutely amazing birthday dress!!!!
So my birthday is 3 weeks on friday. I'm going away for the weekend with my parents and I wanted a knock out dress that would be conservative yet risky.
I've been browsing the internet for weeks trying to find something that would knock my socks off (figuratively); it pretty much got to the point where I was about to give up until I went on Warehouse's website and saw this dress!! And I was hooked!!
When I went to Bromley yesterday the whole way there I kept thinking 'it's not going to fit, it's not going to fit' and to my surprise (and complete happiness); it did fit and it looked amazing.
Overall I am so happy with it and I love it!!
Can my birthday just hurry up!!!!!

You Got Me Begging You For Mercy...

 Primark

Primark
Oh how I do love shopping!!!
And how good I am at it!!!
So today I went to Bromley to pick up a dress I reserved at Warehouse aka my birthday dress (which you'll see in another post).
My friend Jaime came with me as my shopping buddy and with no persuasion what so ever we entered in to the forbidden territory of Primark; (the most lethal place ever).
After wandering around for ages I finally got a combination of amazing pieces of clothing.
The navy peter pan collar top (picture 1) is a top that I have been after for ages it's just a classic top that will look good with jeggings or a skirt, I originally wanted it in the teal and purple but I think the navy suits my colour scheme more.
The stripey top (picture 2 & 3) is something I wouldn't usually go for but with the french writing (it means 'I like your boyfriend') and for the price of £4! You can't complain.
The black top (picture 4) is one I have been after for A G E S!!!! I have it in the cream and black floral print and I've been wanting a plain colour and for £5 again BARGAIN!!!!
The burgundy cardigan (picture 5) is definitley gonna be something I'll wear all the time, it's thin enough to wear when it's just warm enough for a cardigan but thick enough to keep you warm when it's cold (if that makes sense).
These ballet pumps (picture 6) are lush!! They did them in coral, black and mustard but only had my size in the cobalt blue (darn my big feet); but they're gonna be a nice little pop of colour to add to a boring winters outfit.
I've been after more jewellery but I'm actually quite picky, I used to buy little trinket necklaces but now I love long necklaces and animal jewellery so in Primark I saw this locket (picture 7) it has a turqoise enamel background with antique gold flowers, it's so pretty and looks vintage. The ring is from Topshop (picture 8) is a deers head in black and gold which is so versatile with everything I wear. (Does look a bit like a rabbit now).
And finally no winter would be complete without a pair of snuggly pjs and seen as I bought last years Primark leopard pjs in normal beige and brown; I knew I had to have this years with grey and pink leopard print (picture 9), they look sooooooooooooooooooooo comfy!!!!
I seriously have an addiction!!
Oh well...

Boots
A completely tiring weekend!
Can barely move my legs!
After a long shift at work I met up with my friend Rowanna and did a bit of shopping/window shopping.
We went boot shopping for Rowanna but when we went in to Shoe Zone I found these boots (pictures 1,2 & 3); they're exactly what I've been after and for £14.99 you can't complain that's a bargain price!!
They're gonna look really good with my jumpers I got yesterday.
I also had some scrap change left and I saw this Collection 2000 Hot Looks Fast Dry - 56 Shimmy Shake (picture 4) and I knew I had to have it!
I did forget to add yesterday that I also got American Harper's Bazaar (picture 5) as it's the fall fashion issue, plus gives me something to read along with my other millions of magazines.
Better get started on them!!!

Why Do Fools Fall In Love?

 H&M

Yet another sleepless night!
But I won't complain (well..).
Did my normal 4 hour shift at work and now I'm ready for bed at 5:40pm!
I decided to go to H&M today to see if I could get the black bag that I wanted (third picture); when I saw the bag I was a bit concerned about it looking too small but as soon as I got in I chucked all my rubbish in it and its amazing, my new favourite bag!
Also in H&M I was on the hunt for a basic items (my favourite place to shop for them); but I couldn't find anything that I liked so instead I decided to look further afield and walked around the Divided section about a billion times and found a rail with jumpers on them, my first response was ooooooooo!!! I loved the pink colour (first picture) but they didn't have my size but I thought I'm gonna try it on and see how it looks, so I also took the grey in my normal size and I fell in love with both! The grey (second picture) is a better fit but the pink one fits nicely too and even though I only had enough money for 1 I had to buy both.
My dearest mother has been spoiling me lately first she kindly bought me this leopard print Kipling bag (fourth picture)and I really like it, you can fit the kitchen sink in it (literally..well)! And also yesterday my mum and nan went up to Covent Garden and she bought me a Cath Kidston shopper bag (it's actually meant to be a christmas prezzie); I'm saving it for my little trip in a few weeks (fourth and fifth picture). I love the paper as well it's so cute!!! (sixth picture)
I'm so happy with all my stuff at the moment!!
Next job is to find a birthday dress!!
The hunt begins...

Sur Les Quais Du Vieux Paris...

Waterstones
About 2 weeks ago I went up to London with my sister Charlie to the recording studio.
After being spoilt in the Disney Store and running around like a lunatic (ran straight down the stairs through the castle and around about 5 times); I went to Waterstones to buy a book about living in Paris. Thats where I found Paris Revealed - The Secret Life of a City by Stephen Clarke which looks really interesting (and must rememeber to get started on it), then there was West End Girls by Barbara Tate and already I'm on page 100; it is without a doubt one of the most decent books that I've read in a very long time.
I am officially a book worm.
And getting worse by the day!

Heaven Is A Place On Earth...

Today was my first day volunteering at London Fashion Week!!!
I literally couldn't breathe it was amazing!
All the fashionable people, designers, exhibitions and the massive catwalk space in the middle of the courtyard.
It was tiring but a feast for the eyes.
I've just got to do it all over again two more times.
Fashion heaven!!!

Cold And Sunny, Yes That's Right...

Primark
Another tiring day at work (wore the wrong shoes).
My dearest mama was an absolute sweetheart and bought me a few knitwear pieces to last me through winter!
(Well I have to pay her back but still)
I fell in love with these two chunky knit cardigans (pictures 1 & 4) I love the cream its so simple and classic, I wanted something that would go with everything and something I could just throw on. I don't usually go for bright colours (especially pink) but I'm in love with this fuschia pink cardigan! It's gonna go so well with my new black sparkly ballet pumps and jeggings.
I had to have this (pictures 2 & 3) I'm not quite sure what you could call it (need to brush up on my fashion lingo) but regardless I'm in love; I love the baubles and the cream cable knit on the front plus with the zip its just so easy.
Finally this jumper (picture 5 & 6) is my what I'm gonna wear (on one of my many days) to London Fashion Week (seen as I have to wear black); I just love how versatile it'll be for during the day and even going out at night.
Might even have to wear it for bed!
Who doesn't love a bit of sparkle for bedtime???

You Won't Get, No Sleep Tonight...

 River Island
Waterstones
I am so tired from work!
After 2 hours of sleep and an endless day I am ready for my bed.
Today I went shopping/cinema with my friend Rowanna, we saw Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy which was confusing, boring, nicely shot but in the end its not a bad film.
Beforehand I bought a really nice peabody navy coat (outfit post soon) perfect for winter and a brown satchel (first picture); it's actually men's but for £26.99 it's a bargain to me!
After the cinema we popped in to Waterstones and bought the book Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy by John Le Carre, so I can understand more about what the film was about and Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte (second picture); I have always wanted to read this so I thought now was the perfect opportunity.
Overall been a really good day with lot's of laughs.
Now I hear my bed calling for me!

See My Silhouette In The Moonlight...

Zac Posen S/S '12
These gowns are amazing!
I think out of every designer; Zac Posen always gets it right when it comes to complimenting the female form and this is living proof.
With a combination of satin, fish tails and empire lines, I have picked my 4 favourite Zac gowns.
My absolute favourite is the red satin halter dress (photo number 4); the colour is vibrant but yet has a Jessica Rabbit quality about it (love her!) and the almost velvet looking top half of the dress with the little sleeves, is the finishing touch to a dress of perfection.
If I was Cinderella these would be my dresses.
Guess I'll stay a pumpkin.

I Want A Devil In Skin Tight Leather...

I am so happy!!!
After a long day of work (all 4 hours of it); I met my mum and she treated me to not only the new Harper's Bazaar magazine (one of many I want) but also a new pair of boots!
I usually have such trouble finding a decent pair of boots for a reasonable price and that fit me as I have size 8/9 feet (mainly 9).
I went in to Next after scanning the website a billion times over the past couple of weeks and tried on a pair of long suede boots but they didn't go past my calves.
I have small calves!!!
Then I tried these ones on and they're so comfortable!
They have a cushioned sole and they don't feel heavy at all, plus they'll look cool with a pair of jeggings and a crop leather jacket.
Winter come now!!!
(Maybe not...)
