I'm A Barbie Girl, In The Barbie World...

Top - H&M
Skirt - New Look
Coat - H&M
Shoes - New Look
Lips - LA Girl 'Playful'

Hello!
Firstly, I have no idea why my camera keeps fuzzing up the pictures.  It's usually fuzzed on my face, so I've started to take offence.
Anyway…
I couldn't look anymore girly even if I tried!
I wanted to do my hair like this for the longest time.  I had a bit of extra time on Tuesday and my hair was in dire need of washing, so I chucked it up in to two buns.  I wanted to wear something that complemented the hair.  I actually can't remember how many times I've worn this top.  It's probably one of my favourites.  I teamed it with the same suedette skirt that I can't stop wearing.  It's so flattering and just goes with everything.  I chucked on my faux fur for the fun aspect (I actually wore a rain coat out). I like the pastel pink and just how good it looks.  I hadn't yet accessorised, but I did wear my usual jewellery with an added dainty necklace.  It's very rare that I get to play dress up, so I had a lot of fun wearing this.
I'm a barbie girl!

She's Not There...

Shirt - George @ ASDA
Skirt - Primark
Tights - Primark
Shoes - New Look
Jewellery - Argos and Antique

Hello again!
Please excuse the fuzziness of the last two photos.  I had absolutely no idea how bad they were, but I've kept them here because I love this outfit.
This is the outfit I wore on Tuesday to university.
I feel berry on trend in this outfit (see what I did there).  I love autumn/winter season for this particular reason.
I was in the mood to wear floral today, so I chucked on this amazing shirt from George @ASDA.  I have literally not stopped wearing this.  It's nice and oversized and looks great with a pair of leggings.  I decided to pair it with this berry pleated skirt.  This skirt reminds me of one I used to wear to secondary school.  I love the matching shades and how well it looks with the floral print.  I do feel as if this has a slight seventies vibe with the colours.  I just paired it with my usual flats and pair of tights, as it's getting so cold at the moment.  And as usual, I'm wearing my normal jewellery.
I seemed to either be dressed as Puglsey or florals - there's no in-between!

Well, No One Told Me About Her...

Hat -Primark
Top - New Look
Skirt - New Look
Socks - Primark
Boots - Next
Jewellery - Argos and Antique

Hello all!
Please excuse the dodgy hair, but this is what a load of dry shampoo will do to it.  Also, please excuse the fact that I am dressed in the same outfit as my previous post.
Last night I went to a costume party for a friends 21st and we had to be an historical figure.  I racked my brain over who I could be and decided in the end to be Mary Quant.  She is a huge icon from the 1960's and she even created the mini skirt.  I remember researching her in my early teens and I knew it was a good decision.  I did very sixties inspired make up (including little gems which you can't really see).  I just went for a monochrome striped knit and my suedette skirt.  It's a mixture of sixties and seventies.  I don't have a pair of full length boots, so I just paired this knee high socks with some suedette ankle boots.  I just finished off with a 'pork pie' hat.  I have been after one of these hats for ages, so I'm glad I found this one in Primark over the summer.  I just chucked on my usual jewellery to finish off the look.
It was a really good night and I'm just heart broken that my make up will never look this good again!
(I still dress like Puglsey Addams - even by accident!)

I Bet These Memories...

Top - New Look
Skirt - New Look
Tights - Primark
Coat - New Look
Shoes - Clarks
Bag - Primark
Jewellery - Argos & Antique
Lipstick - MAC Heroine

Hello there!
Firstly, I would like to apologise for my flamingo towel in the background.  I washed my hair this morning and I have yet to move it.  I would also like to distract your attention from my chair.  I didn't put it back in it's right place (hence the appearance of it in the photos).
Anyway…
This is what I look like when I'm in a crappy mood!
I had make up drama today and that put me in a foul mood (which increased during the day and ended with ice cream).  I've noticed recently that my (accidental) fashion icon is Pugsley Addams.  I wore this for my Hinduism lecture today.  The inspiration for this outfit, is a cross between sixties mod and classic style.  I chucked on this top from New Look, which I got last year and used to wear all the time. It's quite thick and has more of a cropped feel to it.  I paired it with my new suedette skirt from New Look.  I managed to pick this up when there was 20% off, so for a tenner - I can't complain.  It does ride up and is slightly big on the waist, but it's still a complete bargain.  I wore my brogues for the first time today.  I picked these up over the summer and they are pure perfection.  They were quite comfortable for the first wear and look great with this outfit.  I finished off with my new favourite item, my shearling coat.  This coat is perfect beyond belief and I have literally worn it everyday since I bought it.  I paired it with this little bag from Primark and I also chucked on my usual gems.  I picked MAC Heroine, as I wanted a vibrant colour on the lips to match my more dramatic make up (I'm actually wearing eyeliner).
Simple monochromatic goodness!
