How is it Wednesday already??
I feel like it was only yesterday I was at work with achy feet!!
Anyway Happy Wednesday!!
Just a quick post today!!
This was me yesterday when I went in to town to meet my good friend Rowanna.
I haven't seen Rowanna in weeks as she has been in Madagascar on a college trip, so I have been without her wisdom for too long. We went to Caffé Nero in House of Fraser and sat on the comfy chairs for 3 hours!! Yes we had a lot to talk about; she's the only person who I can just talk to for hours about everything. There was a bit of window shopping, but before we met up I did pick up a Buddha bracelet and a crystal shard necklace both from Topshop. I recommend checking out the jewellery in Topshop because they have the most amazing pieces!!
To the outfit...
Now I can't remember the last time I wore this top but I have a feeling it was about 2 years ago! I actually remember when I bought this in town from New Look, it was about £18 or £19 and I had about £9 in chain in my hand trying not to drop any of it. The only downside to this top is that it's a bit chilly so I have to wear a top underneath; but I love the tiger on it and it also says Tokyo which is awesome (well to me). As the weather has now made a dramatic change I didn't want to freeze, so I decided to chuck on my denim jacket with it. The colour of the top has a denim effect on it and I thought this would be my interpretation on the denim on denim trend. I thought it was about time I digged out my studded bucket bag I bought from Primark years ago. I think I got it from Primark on Oxford Street and I knew immediately I wanted it; it was £9 which at the time I thought was pricey but I've worn it quite a lot. I did do a bit of DIY on it as it did come with handles so you could wear it as a shoulder bag; but I decided to cut them off as they kept getting in the way whenever I wanted to get something from my bag.
The London Olympics is in full swing and I am stuck watching it; but as it is Bradley Wiggins I'm being patriotic for a change.
Come on Wiggo!!!
B x
